Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have a friend that has a visitors visa and while visiting her boyfriend who's a resident alien she gave birth early to her son. She now lives in Jamaica with the baby and would like to know if she can file for taxes on the babys behalf or if she can go through an "agent"/ attorney. She is no longer on good terms with the father of the child. She hasn't re-visited the states since having the child.

I am not sure why she would be filing taxes in the U.S. if she has not worked in the U.S. nor is she a U.S. resident or citizen.

I would never consider using a non-licensed U.S. immigration attorney to assist with an immigration case.

If she has U.S. tax concerns, then she should consult with a U.S. accountant.
