What are the procedures that can allow my family and I immigrate to the United States of America-i.e. Florida (Green Card Application)

Your question is really too broad. Do you presently own a business or have you worked for some other business during the past three years in a management level job? Are you prepared to make a substsantial investment in a new commercial enterprise? Etc. The first question isn't what the procedures are but whether you will be able to qualify.
