regrading my future

i am a jamican who want to marry an american. i have no paper no s.s and no green card what so ever. im confused because i dont know what to do. what are the steps in a sitution like this one. i was brought here an a vacation trip with my famil and never went back down. how does one follw the process of becoming a citizen?

If you and your fiancee are ready to marry, I suggest that you set an appointment with an immigration attorney to discuss your next steps. If you to set a time to talk, please email or call my office. From what you have described, you should be able to adjust status (that is to say, get a greencard). Assuming you entered with a tourist visa, you can adjust your status to permanent residence through marriage to a U.S. citizen.
