i rented a houise and my son accidentily caused a fire the landlords insurance company has a subrogation demand for 34,950.78 what should i do

If you had a renter's insurance policy in effect during the relevant time, you should probably contact your insurance carrier to see if you are covered under the policy for the accident. If not, then you should contact an attorney who can represent your interests in connection with the subrogation demand.
