I was sent a e-mail stating I have untill july 15th to vacate because I am a felon. I have been living here for 6 months and was approved when I applied and now they want to kick me and my faimily out what can I do

Mr. Wagner is correct. If you're renting, then your lease terms will clarify your options. If you did not answer any questions truthfully, for example, that would greatly weaken your position. So look to your lease and consult an attorney if you have questions.
