Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

teenage parent

i am 16 years old, i have a 2 year old son, and i graduated high school. is it legal for me to move out of my parent's home? we are having family issues and the problem is me so could i just leave the sitution?

You would not be considered a runaway, but I would urge you to reconsider. If there was a DCF case, DCF may have predicated their decision on the child being with both you and your parents. I don't know enough about your situation. I wish you and your son the best.
