Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I'm being asked to enter into a confidentiality agreement and need to find a way to say no without giving the prospective employer the wrong idea.

Always a tough one. When you say no you may talk yourself out of a job. Sit down and explain why you don't want to sign it and work something out if possible. If it is not possible, then you will need to find another employer.
