Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Dear Attorney- I'm in the process of sending an appeal to the Florida Supreme Court. My last two appeals to the UAC (Unemployment Appeals Commission) and DCA (District Court Of Appeals) have been turned down. I feel I was wrongfully terminated from my former employer, and my Constitutional Rights were violated. My question to you is, what is the winning formula to try and get my appeal decision reversed with the Florida Supreme Court? Thank you, James

Really? There is no magic formula. I would have a tough time even if I was the lawyer handling the case and spent 80+ hours on this case. There is no "winning formula to try and get [your] appeal decision reversed." There is no "easy butten" for enforcement of your constitutional rights. In fact, mostly your civil rights will be trampelled on, and you have to move a court to enforce them. However, since you already lost the court case, that ship may have already sailed. Are you granted a whole new trial on appeal or just a finding of new fact on a particular issue?
