Employemnt issues?

My boss has been harassing me and making comments that I am going to be let go of my job because of my IBS disease. I am in Florida and it is a right to work state but does he have the right to fire me for anything even if this is this may be the underlyining matter?

If you have a disability under the ADA he must make "reasonable accomodations" if you can with those accomodations still perform as required. If your disease makes it so that you can no longer perform your job duties, then he can discharge you dispite the disease.

There is a good amount of law about whether a disease constitutes a disability under the ADA and I think that the current thinking is that it does not.
