Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I think an employer of mine from 2 1/2 years ago may be discrediting me to prospective employers today, keeping me from getting hired, because I sued them and won a $10k award. What evidence do I need to prove they are doing this?

You can try to speak to third parites and get them to give you signed statements about what was said. You can also hire a third party company to call your former employer and pretend to be someone else and see what they say. I have these companies listed on my blog www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com. Did your prior settlement have a provision that said you they can't say bad stuff about you? If so they may have breached the agreement. if you want to discuss these issues further, check out my website www.behrenlaw.com.
