Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Am I entitle to a fair employment atmosphere? Where I work the majority of the workers are latinos and do not like that i am an american and have skills. For 20 months I have experienced threatening behavior, absolute contempt for who I am, and no support from my co-workers. Today was the 22 time I was told to go some where else, go away, we don't want you here from latinos and much more. The average guy would have fought. What do I do, I am a student and there is no other place for me to work.
