Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

At my girlfriends job she has a boss that constantly makes her cry yelling at her either in front of her other employees or in private,she's always calling me crying,this time I think he really went overboard by making fun of her weight in front of everyone,my girl is 5 months pregnant and everyone there knows that,but he decided to make fun of her weight anyway buy comparing her to other pregnant girls and saying your overweight this is how a pregnant girl should look,my girl was really hurt,she called me crying and now she's embarrassed to be around her fellow workers,this is a big company and they should be more professional and respect other people's feeling's,what can we do about this to make it stop?
