Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I want to know if there is a labor law against speaking SPANISH at the workplace or is it up to the employer to demand such law in his business.

It is not legal for employer to force you to speak English only in workplace in many cases. The EEOC has posted rules online on English only workplaces. You can also read my article on my employee rights blog www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com.
