Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Is it legal for my employer to ask me to sign an overtime-pay waiver? I'm in a part time, tipped positon and my employer won't allow me to pick up extra shifts unless I sign a waiver for the overtime pay. Is this legal??

You cannot waive right to overtime pay. He does not want to pay it, though, so you won't be able to work it.
