Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Is it legal for persons to work alone?

Do you know if there's a law on the books that says someone can't work alone, day or night? For example, someones son was robbed at gunpoint and handcuffed while at work, and he was the only employee working at the time.

Yes it is legal for someone to work alone. What you need to do is set up a conference with a personal injury attorney to get this question answered more fully. Having another employee at work at the time would not have stopped the robbery. But perhaps the employer should have done more.
