Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

If I a m paid 200 for each store I supervise as a district manager with for stores 800 a week but I am working 128 hours a week am I eligible for at least minimum wage and time and a half?

It depends on what the Fair Labor Standards Act says and if you are considered a manager. Contact the Wage & Hour Division of the U.S. Department of labor in Jacksonville.
