If you agree to a tentative settlement and then change your mind, does this prevent you from moving forward with your lawsuit?

This is a very fact specific question, and you should consult with an attorney if you don't have one immediately. In Florida, settlements that have been agreed upon but not yet signed can sometimes still be enforced, so please be sure to meet with an attorney to learn what your rights may be.
