Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My union was processing my grievance that my boss denied a higher grade for me that was written into my job description. My union said that my boss could not change the job description without the unions approval.
Due to poor communications between union workers, my union allowed my boss to change my job description to a lower grade. My union has been ignoring my grievance claim now for 3 years.
Can I sue my union for malpractice or failure to misrepresentation? My union is in Florida, representing educators.
