Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Is it possible to evict a roommate?

My name is the only name on the lease of the apt in question. My current roommate is not paying her part of the utilities and is now threatening not to pay rent (amongst other threats). Her name is not on the lease, she doesnt receive any mail at my apartment and all the utilities are in my name. What options do I have to get her out?! I called the Palm Beach County Courthouse and was left with more questions then answers. They said something about attempting to file an unlawful detainer case on my own but what steps do I need to take to file that case? And once the case is filed does that mean an eviction notice will be served to my roommate? Please help!
