Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Eviction/Unnotified entry

I was recently notified that I could be evicted if I do not give my landlord a key to my new locks. But what are my rights to privacy about him just walking in my appartment for no reason without knocking or prior notification. He has done this on several ocassions and I am not the only tenant he has done this to.It is not legal for him to do this so what can I do about it without having to move.

Read your lease. They are entitled to entry upon reasonable notice to you.
