Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I currently live in a one bedroom apartment with my boyfriend. He is not on the lease. My boyfriend has become verbally, mentally and occasionally, physically abuse. He is a severe alcoholic and a crack cocaine addict. He has stolen cash from me, and even pawned my belongings for money for drugs. I have asked him to leave on multiple occasions, ansd he refuses. What, if anything can I do to remove him from my apartment?
