Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have been living at rental for 11 yrs. last signed lease was 2005 rent was at 1100. 3 yrs. ago had difficulty paying rent. Landlord had said not to worry on past dues clean slate. Landlord decrease rent to 950. 4 days ago property management served me 3 day notice to pay full amount from 3 yrs ago or move out. What could I do when everything was Oral agreement?

Seek some legal help. You may have to pay the back rental in order to fight the over charges. It is complicated due to the oral nature of the agreement. However, the acceptance of your checks without more action may help you.
