manager of condo complex

i need to know what my rights are someone tried to enter my apt today and come to find out it was my condo manager. she does not have my key. are they not suppose to give you at least 24 hours advance notice that they want to enter your apt and why. I want to know if this complaint is something i can pursue. She can enter my apt but i want advance notice and the reason.

Check your condo docs, rules and regs. They should state the circumstances in which the management can enter or inspect individual units.

Then just talk with them, pointing out the rules. Should resolve the situation.

The lease, condo documents or rules will state the manner in which inspections can be made. Just find the appropriate provisions and speak directly to the manager so that she follows the rules. That should solve the problem.
