Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Mold

My daughter lived in an apartment that we found mold in the second bedroom, on the walls and water stains on the ceiling, and it was a first floor apartment. She had asked management to do something about it, but they said the only thing they would do was change the drywall in the one closet. So we helped her move. She had called,2 days after moving ( holiday weekend office was closed) to schedule the final walk through and was told that they already did it.That she owed $75.00 to replace blinds. I went with her and we paid the $75.00, got a noterized statement, saying she left in good standing and owed no money. Now she just received a bill for rent, damages and late fees, after they cashed the $75.00 check. Help!
