Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Are recently disable individuals able to move out of an apartment without causing issues with breaking lease if apartment does not allow free movement and not easily accessible in all areas including working the stove without injury.
I am unable o get in and out of apt without assistance and I spend many hours alone in the apt.
