Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am currently renting a condo in a development located in Sarasota, FL. For the past 2 months termites have been swarming inside the condo to the point where we've had to stay in several different hotels. I have repeatedly contacted the property manager and pest control company who is contracted with the HOA. The pest control company has treated the walls 3 times, but I am very concerned because the HOA will not send a termite inspector out to inspect for damage or exterminate the termites completely. There are many areas of the condo that appear to be damaged (I have pictures). I have emailed the pictures to the property manager and walked the pest control guy around the condo to show him the areas that look damaged; he told me "every building in this place has termites and damage. We try to tell them but..." I am at my wits end and don't know how or who to ask to get this resolved so we can live in the condo we're paying for and sleep in our beds again. My kids and I have been sleeping in the living room for 2 months now because termites are swarming in our bedrooms so badly. They are all over the patio deck (which is wood) and even coming in the kitchen window where I prepare our food. I've emailed and called repeatedly the property manager and pest control company but they both tell me they can't do anything because the HOA controls this part of the property. Any direction you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Have your lease reviewed. The owner of the condo is the one who has to take action. You need to apply pressure in that direction.
