is it the tenants responsibility to have the tile floors professionally cleaned in the state of florida?

If it is not in the lease and you want the floors cleaned, it will be up to you to pay the fee. However, if the landlord calls someone in to do the floors, then it is the landlord's expense. Again it will depend on what is in your lease.
