Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My younger brother emotionally and verbally coerces our mother into kicking my fiance and me out of her house (in Jacksonville, FL), where I had been a live-in caregiver (making sure her medications are properly taken, driving her to doctor appointments, etc...). Since I had been doing these things for several years, can I be kicked out with only a few hours notice, or must I be served with an eviction?

If you are out already, i dont think you get to go back in unless your mother, if she is competent, allows you too.

Are you already out of the house and why did you leave without legal notice. Is your younger brother trustworthy? Obviously there is some undue influence going on here. You need to get a guardianship over your mom so I suggest you contact my office ASAP and set up an appointment. 904-997-1031
