Can a person who has graduated from law school but has not taken the bar exam be called an attorney?

No. An attorney is a person licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Florida. Perhaps you could call your self a lawyer, one learned in the law, but it would be extremely misleading to do so in the context of how the word is use and understood by the public.
