Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Florida

If two doctors say you must goto an ER due to a high heart rate that is dangerous if not treated, and the er finds the cause, mentions what treatments I need then when discharged they provide non of them, not even a prescription for blood pressure medication, are they breaking the law by putting a man in a wheelchair with heart issues home with no treatment.

Doctors in the hospital stated I must have blood pressure medication for when I leave and recieved no prescription. I was also supposed to wear a heart rate monitor at home for 30 days, which was canceled at discharge. It seems like they were full of concern over my condition and treatment until they saw I was handicap and unable to pay the hospital.

Seek public assistance to get the care you need. No claims exist for the failure of the hospital to give you what you needed unless you have some cataclysmic problem due to that failure.
