Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
My clinic called this friday to tell me that they are cancelling my appointment due to tropical storm Isaac. Because of this i have now ran out of my psychiatric medications that i need, can i sue them for not informing me before hand and sending me medication through my pharmacy?
