Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I recently had an implant put in my arm and having been having nothing but trouble with it and real bad side effects and the office that put it in will not take it out or return my calls do i have a case?

It depends on a lot more facts than you provide. What type of implant? For what? What side effects? What trouble? What are the alternatives? What was done, if anything, by the physician that caused or contributed to your problems? Why won't they take it out? Will anyone else? Why or why not? What happens if it is removed?
