Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

suit and or correction

On april,2007, I had triple bypass surgery. The surgeon

inserted a wire connected to my heart in case I needed an

implantedable defibralator. This was never discussed with me before the operation. He did not have my permission. The wire wire is very uncomfortable and annoying. I would never have defib implanted, even if my life depended on it.

Can I sue and have this wire removed at the surgeons expense? I have no health insurance and unemployed

Re: suit and or correction

Medical malpractice cases are determined on a detailed analysis of the facts in each case. Whether you have a valid claim depends on such an analysis and no one can tell you at this stage if you have a valid claim.

see my web site www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com for a detailed explanation of the process in medical malpractice cases.
