Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Test study medication side effects

This will reference the aforementioned study program for cholesterol. I had enrolled in the study program earlier in the year, prior to the study had undergone a nuclear stress test for heart disease with no events or blockages noted. Subsequent to these events, while on the test medications I experienced a heart attack, three bypasses and congestive heart failure, followed by blood clots in my heart. Several weeks into the study the nurse remarked my blood pressure was going higher than normal and that I must be on the test medication, but not to worry they could average the readings and keep me in program, this possibly should have been warning sign and she seemed more concerned about my staying in program than my pressure going higher. I remain in possession of the test medications
