Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

An attorney guarantees a client a minimum of "$" if they settle the case. The client settles based on that "guarantee". Funds are sent to the attorney and then he provides a settlement statement with less than the agreed amount and the following statement - Should I sign this?

"I hereby approve the foregoing settlement statement and receipt of a copy of same this date. Any and all outstanding medical bills not reflected above are the client's responsibility. If any insurance carrier makes a claim for reimbursement of benefits paid, it is the clients' responsibility to reimburse

the health carrier. Client will be responsible for any future Medicare/Medicaid or any Statutory Set Asides for future medical care."
