Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was backing out of a parking lot and out of nowhere this girl hit my bumper. the cup gave me a tickeck for careless driving : backing up on a moving vehicle. there was no one behind me, when I backed up this girl entered really fast and hit me. but the cop said that I was lying, and told me I was getting a ticket if I was lying, so he gave me that ticket, but I wasn't lying. this girl entered really fast and hit me.

So, contact the court and tell them that you want a formal hearing on the ticket. You can tell the judge your story. The police officer that issued the ticket will tell his side (of how he deterimined you to be at fault). The judge will decide whose story makes the most sense. Careless driving does sound a bit extreme for a parking lot fender bender. You may want to consult an attorney, if this is a big fine/points violation that you can't afford to have on your driving record.
