What a travesty! You have some options, the most obvious one being to hire an attorney to file suit against the establishment.

Before doing so, however, I suggest that you give the owner of the establishment an opportunity to make a public apology to both you and your fianc, and to compensate you for the abuse you endured. They may or may not be inclined to deal with you directly, and willing to settle the matter without involving attorneys.

But if you get no cooperation or an unreasonable settlement offer, retain legal counsel!

Re: beaten at a bar

You can get a lawyer and, depending on the facts, sue for any damages you, your fiancee and your friend might have sustained.
