Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My car was totaled and the person who hit my car insurance wont help me get a new car, should i file a claim or should i speak with him?

I would recommend you consult and/or hire a Personal Injury lawyer who will be able to advise you if the person has assets to go after or if his/her insurance will cover the damages.
