Class action suit question

What kind of lawyer do I need to find to file a class action suit against a builder that sold me a home without disclosing that it was located on a former bombing range?

It is extremelu unlikely that you have a class action to pursue or that it is even remotely in your best interest to do so even if you could. The reasons for this are complex but very clear.

You need a ggod trial lawyer who can handle a fraud or failure to disclose a material fact in a real estate transaction (for which there is a seperate duty and set of court decisions). Feel free to give me or someone in your area a call or contact me by e-mail with the details.
