Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was just on a cruise ship with a friend. Upon arrival on the ship we went for our first drink. The bartender decided to give us a shot of his own making. He made it in the back (kitchen not the bar) and didnt tell us what was in it, just said it was "good".

It was tequila and tabasco... then laughed at us. It buuuuuurned....

I was furious and went back to my cabin sick. Pretty much sick the rest of the cruise... I filed a complaint but they just said they would "make a note"

What can I do?

Depends on where the cruise ship was registered, if not in Florida, then no jurisdiction over the cruise line. What can you do? Go on line and file a complaint on every web site that gives passengers an opportunity to "rate" the cruise line. Just be sure to tell the absolute truth.
