Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

death/car accident

Mom was in a wreck, she had a law suit going on.She pasted away in December and I am the only child she has.She was going back and forth to the dr before she died.The people the where in the care with her have gotten money,but I have not heard anything about my mothers.What should I do?

Contact her attorney to check on the status of her case. If you didn't know who her attorney was, you can go to the Court house in the city she lived in and they can pull the case notes and tell you. Just give me a call if you have any more questions.

contact her attorney if she had one, he can file what is called a substitution of parties.
