Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Disney cruise line negligence

If the disney cruise line allowed a passenger who physically threw three eleven year old boys around on the elevator and grabbed them and did not make him get off the ship before we left port. Are they held responsible for not protecting our children and the safety of the other guest on board?
