No Insurance

What if I am involved in an accident and I do not have Uninsured Motorist insurance and the at fault vehicle has no insurance?

No insurance auto accidents

You can sue the at fault driver and its an issue of whether there is any money to recover.

The Financial Responsibility Law requires that if there is an adverse judgment against an at fault party, that party has to pay up to the first 10,000.00 of the judgment or face a drivers license, vehicle registration and tag suspension until it is paid.
