Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Lawsuit
I was injured in a fall at airport. Chair I was on broke and I injured my back/neck. I have disc protrusions at C3,
L3-4, L4-5 and L5-S1. I have been
getting treated. Just MMI'd. Still in alot of pain. This was witnessed by airport personnel. Have photos, witnesses. Bolts from chair recovered, statements, police reports,ems reports,etc.... What am I looking at for settlement and how long. Dr. listed this as a permanent injury requiring ongoing medical care. Stated will need surgery in future. This is going to affect me forever. I am 40 yrs old, male. Need a response.
