Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I had a man that came up in the middle of an ultra light trying to launch. He was trying to help according to his own statement. He got in front of the ultralight and fell down as the unit was launching and the prop struct his foot taking off some of his toes. I have almost nothing of value and had recently moved in with a relative while trying to get on my feet. The lawyer wants to photograph the ultralight where I am staying and said I had to contact my relatives homeowners insurance company to tell them of the accident. Can you advise me on this...again I have no way of getting a lawyer and I dont see how this has anything to do with my relative. Thank you for any help.

Since you were living with your relative at the time of the incident, his insurance carrier may cover you.
