mediation settlement

1. If I felt pressured into a mediation settlement by my lawyers on Friday Dec. 12, 2008, that I wish to get out of. Does the

three days legally allowed to cancel other types of contracts apply to this.

2. My legal name was changed over the summer and in my upset state at mediation signed the incomplete name, could I use that in my favour.
