Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My family stayed at a Quality Inn & Suites Hotel in Albany, GA. We live in Florida but were there for my aunt's funeral. My daughter slept on a roll away bed in the living room the last night. She woke up with over 500 bed bug bites all over her torso, back and face. The hotel refunded our money but I am concerned with the scars left on her face. What can I do?

Bed bugs are certainly an unexpected and shocking result of a hotel stay. Although there may ultimately not be much a doctor can do, make sure that your daughter seeks medical attention immediately. Also, take lots of photographs to document the bites, as they will go away. I have handled bed bug cases previously and would be happy to discuss your daughter's situation with you.
