Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Quick question.if a lawyer says that they are going to make an offer to the party at fault insurance company for the full amount what exactly does that mean for example if the other party's. Insurance. Is 100000/300000 does it mean 400000? Also isn't there a third number like for example 100000/300000/100000

100/300 means 100 per person and 300 per incident total. The most under the insurance that can be paid is 100 to any individual. The 100/300/100 is likely bodily injury for the first part and the last number is property damage. Not usually phrased like that anymore. It could also be a death benefit, now that I am typing this.
