Legal Question
I was staying at a daytona beach, fl hotel with some friends. Later another acquaintance came in with someone he had just met. We all crashed in the hotel room. When we awakened, we found our cash was stolen. The acquaintence and his friend were gone.. a police report was filed. Is the hotel liable for the stolen money?
