Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I stepped on glass at my condo complex in the common area hot tub, had to take an ambulance get stitches. I do not have insurance. There are large signs that say no glass in this area and i am told security monitors this area with cameras. Is this something i can take legal action on.

Most condos carry insurance and they are responsible for the common areas.
